Service Description
Classes Start at 9.15am and finish at 10.30am each week, allowing 1 hour 15 minutes. This longer class allows us to commit to an extended Shavasana at the end of each class, leaving you relaxed and refreshed. 1. Classes are themed each week and follow the school terms. 2. Every half term there will be a block of 4 special themed classes that can be taken individually or as a block to extend knowledge in a certain area. 3. A discount offered when booking a 4 Class Pass. A Class Pass can be used to attend any class during the term. Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga (CSV Yoga) is a dynamic and innovative style of yoga that blends traditional vinyasa flow with a strong emphasis on core-centric movement and alignment principles. Unlike traditional vinyasa yoga, which often emphasises external alignment and flexibility, CSV Yoga places a strong emphasis on developing core strength. This involves engaging the deeper muscles of the body, particularly the muscles surrounding the spine and pelvis, to create stability and power in every pose. CSV Yoga encourages students to move from their core, which can lead to more efficient, balanced, and safer movement patterns. By initiating movement from the core, practitioners may experience better posture, enhanced stability, and a deeper connection to their own body.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds cannot be issued due to missed class, unless booking is made with a 4 x Class Pass. If you book an individual class and for some reason you cannot make it, a full refund or a reschedule can be requested online, no less than12 hours in advance.
