
Yoga for Life
Yoga is an instrument for bringing things into relationship with each other and can mean something different to everyone that practices. A union of self, of body and mind through mindful movement, breathing and meditation.
Each one-2-one session is structured to meet your individual needs after an initial consultation.
My Community class on a Thursday morning is Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga - a transformation style of yoga designed to move through your deep core line in the most organic and anatomically centered approach.
Each week is themed and runs in line with the school term. Every half term there is a block of 4 themed classes that can be booked as a whole or enjoyed as one offs!

Ante/Post Natal
Being pregnant and giving birth is such a happy time of your life but it can also be filled with fear. We are bombarded through social media and self help information to tell us how we should be doing things with unrealistic expectations.
Take back control of this special time and your body through nurturing sessions that will work towards your determined goals during our initial consultation in the comfort of your own home.
Learn breathing techniques, safe exercises for pregnancy and post childbirth, hands on massage techniques for partners and how they can support with breathing and birthing plans, activities to do with your newborn all through to the first year of life.

Parent & Child Yoga
As a mum I know how hard it can be to find the time for ourselves to exercise!
I am a firm believer that being a positive role model for our children is one of the greatest gifts we can give our loved ones. I want my children to grow up and be health and happy adults, having the energy to do what they love in life.
Practicing yoga together is a great way to exercise with a combination of fun flows, partner yoga, strengthening and flexibility. Life with our little ones is about making memories to last a lifetime and to cherish the special bond and connection that is unique to each and every one of us as parents. Watch in awe as your children learn all about their bodies and the amazing way that they can learn to move......and, move to learn. See the spark ignite in them as they grow their love of movement and yoga.
Fun, nurturing and age appropriate sessions from birth through to the teenage years, are individually tailored after an initial consultation and delivered in the comfort of your own home.
