We’re excited to invite you to our 5-Week Post-Natal Pilates Course, designed to support you in safely rebuilding strength, restoring your core, and reconnecting with your body after childbirth. This course is led by a qualified physiotherapist trained in post-natal exercise and Pilates and yoga, ensuring a safe and effective experience tailored to your needs. What to Expect: • Week 1: Foundations – Learn safe post-natal exercises focusing on pelvic floor activation and gentle core reconnection. We’ll cover breathing techniques to support recovery. • Week 2: Core and Posture – Build on foundational movements to strengthen deep abdominal muscles and improve posture, addressing common issues like back pain or tension from feeding. • Week 3: Pelvic Floor Focus – Deepen pelvic floor engagement with progressive exercises, tailored to support recovery from diastasis recti or pelvic floor concerns. • Week 4: Functional Strength – Introduce dynamic movements to enhance overall body strength, preparing you for daily activities like lifting your baby. • Week 5: Progress and Confidence – Combine all elements into a full-body workout, with tips to continue your fitness journey safely at home. Cancellation Policy

Postnatal Yoga & Pilates Policy Cancellation Policy: No Cancellations: Once enrolled, cancellations are not permitted. All participants will receive a live recording of the class for access at their convenience. This allows for all content to be accessed. Eligibility Requirements: To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, the following conditions must be met: Medical Clearance: Participants must have clearance from their medical provider to return to physical exercise. Health Declaration: Participants will complete a return to exercise form before the start to disclose any relevant medical conditions. No Ongoing Complications: Participants should not have any ongoing medical complications resulting from childbirth. Postnatal Period: Participants should be at least 6 weeks postnatal (10-12 week for caesarean). Health Monitoring: Participants must lower the intensity or STOP the practice if they experience any of the following: Heaviness or dragging in the pelvic area (which might indicate prolapse) Leaking urine or inability to control bowel movements Pendular abdomen or noticeable gap along the midline of your abdominal wall (indicative of Diastasis Rectus Abdominis (DRA)) Pelvic or lower back pain Ongoing or increased blood loss beyond 8 weeks postnatal that is not linked to your monthly cycle Communication: Please feel free to contact me if you have any concerns or questions before, during, or after the class. By enrolling in this class, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you understand the importance of adhering to these guidelines for your safety and well-being.
